Sodium Chloride, E102 Tartrazine, E110 Sunset Yellow FCF

Directions

Dissolve 14g (1tbsp) in 1 litre of hot water warm slightly if colour separates when cooling. Use as a dry powder where liquid would alter the end product such as icing. Can be mixed with clear alcohol or glaze to produce an edible paint. Do not use more than 32g of solution per kg of other ingredients. This solution contains 94mg per 32ml of E102 & 5mg per 32ml of E129 These instructions MUST be followed as legal requirements for colour may be jeopardised with alternative use of this product.
