To Make a Mug: Depending on your taste and how strong you like it, use it as whole or crushed. Rosehip is a heat sensitive tea. Quick use: Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea in one cup of warm water and let the mix steep for up to 60 minutes. Strain off and enjoy!

Directions

Soak one teaspoon (2-3g) of crushed Rosehip in 1,5dl of warm water. Leave it to soak for a few hours. Strain off the Rosehip into a different cup and pour 50ML of hot water on the Rosehip. Strain off again and mix the two brews together. Consume warm or cold few times a day.
