- DIRECTIONS FOR USE - Add 50g of Simply Frappe Powder to 140ml milk and 150g ice to a blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Top with whipped cream and Simply Toppings and Sauces of your choice. Enjoy! One serving (50g) = 193kcal.
