Product Description SiS Go Energy Bars provide a nutritious, easily digestible and high carbohydrate based snack that is made from real fruits and wholesome ingredients. SiS Go Energy bars are for carbohydrate intake (44 g), moderate in protein (8 g) and low in fat (1 g) and therefore provide a highly nutritious snack that can be used to increase the daily carbohydrate content of an athlete's diet.
