• Directions: When made up and cooked according to the instructions,To make a two-portion serving add 170g nut roast mix to 100ml water and mix thoroughly, leave to stand for 20mins. Place in a small oiled tray, press down, cook for 20mins at 190--C or gas mark 5, leave to stand for 5mins and serve with your favourite veggies.
