Product description

The sauce is made from a blend of soy sauce, mirin, sugar and modified tapioca starch. Even though it's primarily used for chicken in Japan, the flavour pairs perfectly with other grilled meats or vegetables (with or without bamboo skewers) as well.

Ingredients

Sugar, Water, Soy Sauce, Modified Tapioca Starch, Mirin, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium 5'-inosinate and Disodium 5'-guanylate), Acidity Regulator (Acetic Acid), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Colour (Ammonia Caramel), Preservative (Sodium Benzoate).
