Product description

This blend of fresh Thai herbs is the perfect base for a hot and aromatic Thai soup. It is authentically made in Thailand from fresh ingredients, including lemongrass, galangal, lime and kaffir lime leaves.

Ingredients

Fresh lemongrass, salt, rice bran oil, sugar, fresh galangal, fresh onion, water, fresh chilli, fresh garlic, fresh lime, dried shrimp (crustacean), fresh kaffir lime leaves, acidity. Regulator: citric acid.

Directions

Mix 1-2 tablespoons of paste into 4 cups of boiling water. Add your choice of vegetables and protein. Simmer until cooked. Serve hot.
