Each ingredient is recognisable and used in home cooking. Each is from a single origin. We use 10% sustainably-sourced fresh ginger juice to generate all of the 'spice' of our Ginger Beer. This is a low sugar, healthy drink, with 4.5g sugar per 100ml. Palate preview: drinkable, with less fizz and sweetness vs. classic ginger beer to remove any sense the drink is peppery. The clean, chemical-free aftertaste gives a distinct warmth of fresh ginger that accumulates as you drink, until the back of your throat is pleasantly fiery. It will stay fiery for a while!
