Directions

Preparation instructions: 1. Soak soy beans in cold water for at least 4 hours or overnight. 2. Drain and rinse soy beans. 3. Bring a pot of water to the boil. 4. Add the soy beans and cook over medium heat for about 30-45 minutes, or until tender. 5. Drain and use in your favourite dishes. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within a few days.
